MUST HAVE PREVIOUS REAL ESTATE SALES EXPERIENCE!
Candidates must be self-motivated, ambitious. Possess strong communication skills, solid problem solving abilities, an entrepreneurial spirit and business development skills. Strong math skills and an understanding of financial markets and models are also essential. Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is required as well as strong general computer skills.
A familiarity with proposal based sales and big-ticket sales are a plus.
Must be able to do phone sales / calls !!
Must be EXCELLENT about follow up and able to follow our system as we are TEAM oriented.
