I publish a neighborhood magazine for a very affluent community. Businesses purchase ads in the publication. The goal of an appointment setter is to set up calls with either the owner or decision maker who can purchase advertising. I need 3 outbounder's to make 120 calls each per week. I will provide a script of what to say. We have found that this script allows for an inexperienced call setter to set at least 1 appointment for every 10 calls made(roughly). Business owners want to reach this really affluent neighborhood, that's why we have such a great success rate with this phone script.
The overall goal is to set up 30 appointments per week.
Outbounders who set 10 appointments will get a $25 bonus on top of their hourly pay.
