Recruiting Lead

We want a outbounder to call Real-Estate agents for initial screening and recruiting. Our client is a established real estate brokerage house that is looking to expand its team and would like to target certain types of realtor profiles. The job would require

- You to call the names and phone numbers of agents we provide.
- Using Script and presence of mind, position the hiring company as a high brand value and share benefits of working with them.
- Ask any qualifying questions to the candidate
- If they seen meeting our recruiting criteria, set up interview meetings with the management of the company.

Candidate should be able to do quickly get up to speed, demonstrate great conversation style and excellent communication skills. We intend to use the calling platform at outbounders.
