We are actively looking for outbounders who has solid experience in Sales with excellent communication skills, who is good at managing objections and ready work for US shift.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and build a sales pipeline via Inbound, outbound international calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods
2. Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating appointments
3. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
4. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
5. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
6. Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
7. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
8. Collaborate with team to achieve better results
9. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with strategic plan, developed by the Manager of Inside Sales
10. Strong desire to be in Solutions Sales
11. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
12. High energy and positive attitude
Skills:
Inside sales, cold calling, International sales, upselling, international sales, excellent verbal communication.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
2. Proficiency in English
3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
4. Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
5. Fast learner and passion for sales
6. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
7. Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
8. Candidate should be flexible in Day Shifts*/ Rotational Shifts/ Night Shifts.
