Need for cold calling a script for Medicare Supplements, Life insurance and Auto Insurance

Agent will be paid $5.00 per appointment set. The agent is expected to set 2 appointments per hour which would average out to $10 per hour. The absolute minimum is 1 appointment per hour to stay employed with us.
