Inbound Sales & telemarketing

We need to form an Inbound Sales team & Support team.Inbound sales agent Inbound sales agent would need to fill in complete details of client and requirements, other info .etc into CRM while call is transferred live.
Clients that need support would call in to our toll-free number and go through IVR menu, once support is selected, call would be routed to support agent, support agent would fill in client information/check client status from CRM, perform actions accordingly as managed by our team.
