Great Commissions, Virtual Telesales and Lead Generation for Software Start-Up

Hi there. We are a Software Startup based in San Diego, California looking for new Sales Rockstar's to join our team. We have been in business 3 years and are continuing to grow at a rapid pace.

Here is what the successful candidate will be doing in the beginning?
-Finding and extracting Lead Generation from a variety of sites
-Telesales to 100-300 leads per day
-Setting appointments and handling Client Accounts.

This is a job that requires previous experience. Here are the requirements for this position:
-Previous experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or Cold Calling
-Excellence English (you will be interacting with customers and myself.)
-Must have clear and pleasant voice over the phone
-Have the ability to make calls from your location
-Have a positive attitude and works well with others
-A burning desire to succeed

For the first two weeks, it will be a trial period. If we both agree, then it will turn into an ongoing position.

This is a commission based position. We will pay you $40/per sale.
A person who is committed and a Go-Getter can make 1-4 sales per day (Our Top Salesperson does $120/day in commissions)

Cold-Calling Scripts and product training will be provided.

There may be further work if trial period is successful. VA will be able to earn bonus's per work with more sales. We are hoping to continue working with great qualified candidates that can become part of our company and are also looking for great talent to become Sales Managers!
