Need Native English Speakers for a English Language Related Online Education (permanent)Project

I couldn't find the related category, I don't think it exists.

I need 2 Outbounders to work on a native English speaking online education project. In this project outbounders will speak English with a non native guy. To do this, one of the online education tools will be used (like Skype).

This is an online education project, Outbounder will not teach English to customer, he/she will only speak English. Project is permanent so I prefer long term business relationship.
