Personal Assistant Needed For Commercial Real Estate Finance
Marabella Commercial Finance, Inc. specializes in arranging permanent, construction and preferred equity financing for Net Lease properties. We have arranged financing for several Walgreen, CVS, Jack In The Box, 7-Eleven and other properties (visit our website at http://www.marabellafinance.com). We are seeking a part time Personal Assistant in which we will pay $15 per hour. The candidate must have the following qualifications;
Have excellent sales and relationship building skills (both by phone and in person).
Have experience with Data Base Programs (we utilize Maximizer).
Have a background in commercial or residential real estate, finance and or sales. If the candidate has a real estate license that is a plus.
Has sales training experience.
Someone that is good in building relationships and is trustworthy.
Someone who is organized.
Someone who is energetic and excited about selling.
Someone who is charismatic.
