Service Terms
We are an American firm looking for outbound call center agents in the Philippines.
We sell advertising products and PR exposures. You will be doing the opening, as well as the closing.
We will provide you with:
Product Training, QA of calls, agents testing, monitoring;
Dialer (we will be paying the credit for making calls);
Highly targeted leads (unlike others, we don’t send you recycled contacts!);
Script.
Our payment plan is:
$4 per calling hour (training time, breaks, set-up time, etc. is not included);
$10 per every successful sale made
Minimum conditions:
have been rendered at least 4 hours per day;
there is an active participation to the daily coaching session;
there is a maximum of 1 absence per week;
minimum # of calls per day is 350 for full timers and 200 for part timers (currently our agents are making about 500 calls per day);
at least 1 sale per day.
Working Time
Working time is is from 11am to 3pm US EST time, Monday to Friday.
