Contact a group of existing contacts to verify they still hold the same position and collect current email addresses. If contact has changed positions then update information and determine their basic job duties. If theyve been replaced or are no longer there, collect data on new person including: name, title, email and responsibilities.
Minimum of 80% of database updated in order to fulfill project. Data can be collected by directly speaking with contact or speaking with their assistant. Assistants must be confirmed as having access to the contact and have the ability to add events to their calendar and provide administrative support for that specific contact. In other words, no receptionists, administrative assistants or persons working directly below contact are acceptable.
Emails collected will need to be verified during call.
