Answer and route calls in a professional manner.
Process sales and installation orders, which are dictated to you over the phone and must be entered in a time sensitive manner.
Extensive calendar management and scheduling of consultations, installs, and services.
Heavy data entry into the Company's database.
Basic administrative tasks of filing, emailing, copying, and scanning.
Provide back-up support to other administrators and managers when needed.
Follows up and responds to email in a timely manner
Communicates with Agents /Operations/ Sales/Accounting receiving/shipping issues or discrepancies.
Maintain good attendance and punctuality.
The Administrative Assistant will be the expert in Travel Nurse Li-censure, including license requirements and application processes for each state. He or she will provide guidance for both healthcare professionals, and internal colleagues, regarding Traveler licensing. This position does not require prior experience in nurse Li-censure, as it is primarily an administrative role.
Qualifications:
Candidate should have 1-2 years of previous administrative experience. Applicable internships and/or schooling will be taken into consideration.Experience in the logistics field is preferred but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with Gmail and Google Calendar.
The position will require extensive contact with customers over the phone. Candidate must maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times, as well as a calm demeanor under pressure.
A successful candidate will possess a strong initiative and be a self-motivator who thinks independently, but is also aware of when to ask questions to complete tasks efficiently.
Must possess strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines and complete tasks in a fast-paced, high pressure environment willingness to learn and adopt new software.
