Report to: Operations Manager

RP Organization looking to hire a professional Personal Assistant with at least 1 year of experience to join our growing team. General:
Some of the main responsibilities are to help operations manager carry out daily operation activities, by involving on phone and email handling; taking orders and booking appointments. If you have the capacity to deliver to these responsibilities feel free to apply for this position but keep in mind experience is a valuable asset.

Accountability:
Marketing & Sales
Great marketing and sales background. Able to execute marketing activities, such as; daily leads generation to keep our leads funnel in balance, come with new ideas for improvement.
The ability to call new leads, and convert the new leads to customers.

Customer Services:
The candidate needs to be excellent at customer service, we value customer satisfaction, therefore our main focus is on building the long-term relationship with our customers. Able to handle customers complaints instantly via email or over the phone.
Assign trucks and employees for upcoming work, and also assist with other daily business operation activities.
