The purpose
a) To generate leads on property listing for sales and rental
b) To generate lead of potential buyers whom may be keen to invest on other property
c) To get direct mobile contact from the owners so that we can follow up with them
This is a long term position starting with 15-20 hours per week , if you are proven with your result and work attitude the hour will be extended to 30-40 hour per week . Extensive training and coach will be giving to selected candidate .
Your will be reward will $5 for every quality lead generated and addition $50-$100 should the lead be converted to a sales. A proved good telesales person whom learn hard and work hard to deliver results will be looking at a average monthly incentive of $1,000-$2,000 on top of the hourly rate .
