• You must be “high energy” “motivated” and “creative” in your calling approach.
• Must have great English Speaking Skills and some sales / business development experience.
• Expected ability to research prospects on the internet using tools like MLS (Multiple Listing Services) or going to County websites to find delinquent taxes properties and owners with tax lien judgement. More specifics will be provided and shared when you are on the job. You may be asked to research similar foreclosure / short sale, flx and flip situations. Your work will be prioritized by us depending on the needs.
• You will use our CRM system to make calls and will be trained on using that as soon as you start (quick training)
• Comfort with extensive calling for 5 hours a day is required !
• We need 3 candidates who would each work approx. 100-110 hours a month (4-5 hours a day) on this job for 6 months.
• You must be equipped with an Internet connection and ready to hit the road. We have a great team that will inspire, motivate and provide guidance for you to succeed.
