Need staff to cold call US and UK web design agencies

I need staff to cold call businesses, introduce our company and offer the business a free sales lead from clients who want a quote for website design.
To start with, I want to offer a max of 10 hours per week as a trial for 2 weeks.
If you can get 2 companies per hour to sign up (say yes to receiving information on email) then I will offer full time hours.
Reasons people will say yes: - My service will supply the webdesigner with up to 5 projects/sales leads a day, this is a cheap way for them to get more clients.

Reasons why they´ll say no / not interested: - too busy, got enough work, maybe retiring, get their own leads.
if they say they don´t buy leads- reply with, we do not sell leads, this is a quote comparison service, a customer requests a quote, and you submit your proposal to them, there is no pay per lead basis!
You will need to be able to overcome the above objections to succeed at this job, as an interview, I would like the following!
A) Your idea of a script on how you would introduce our company (web design quotes) and get the customer to agree to receive information
B) Deal with the above objections.
