Need Outbounders to call prospects to set appointments

I am a real estate broker looking for out-bounders to call Expired Listings, Cancelled Listings, Home Seller leads, etc. and set appointments for me or one of my team member to meet them. I can pay per hour, per appointment set or both. Pay $5/hour.

REQUIREMENT:
1. You will be required to work and make calls during PST and US days:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 10am and 4pm - 8pm
Saturday: 8am - 2pm and 4pm - 8pm

4. Have you set appointments for real estate broker before? If so, please describe your experience in DETAILS (years, success, failure, time spent, etc.)

5. Have you call to set appointment for Expired and Cancelled listings before? If so, what script did you use? What is your follow up system? Please don't answer that you will use mine, I would like to know YOUR experience.

6. In your lifetime, how many calls have you made and how many appointments have you set? Do you know your apt ratio comparing to the number of calls made?
