Need outbounder for lead generation and closing sale

Hi, I am Devesh Bharadkar, I am the owner of Viral Business Media. We are a social media marketing agency that provides facebook advertising solution for small business owners. Most of our target market is the US, UK, Canada.
We provide our service on a 1 week free trial and after proving results, we close the sale for our monthly recurring service.
About the Job:

The selected candidate(s) will work on following

1. I am looking for someone who is comfortable and dedicated to acquire new potential leads and capable enough to close the sale. We provide our service on a 1 week free trial and after proving results, we close the sale for our monthly recurring service. Your Job should be to get find potential leads using either cold calling or email or other methods, get them on a trial and CLOSE SALE. (We'll provide you with a list of cold potential clients)

2. You will be paid a commission depending on the clients you close on our paid service (not free trial). The more you cold call, cold email and close sale..the more commission you make. Commission with be 10% of our Fees. i.e. $100-150 per client. So if you get you 10 clients per month, $1k-1.5k..more client you close more commission you get

We'll provide you with a list of clients to cold call, other methods for lead generation of which you can use your preferable method.

You should have excellent sales and marketing skills.
