Looking for Skilled Person for Cold Calling for Real Estate Investor Leads

I need someone with sales experience/training to make cold calls to Homeowners who are looking to sell their homes. I am a real estate investor looking to purchase these homes -- I will provide the lists and provide detailed training on how to go about this task.

Must have sufficient sales training; high energy and crisp, clear communication skills on the phone. Must be very fluent in conversational English, with ability to learn and be adaptable to situations.

While I will provide scripts, I do not want someone who just follows scripts. The goal is to engage each person you call and build rapport and have good conversations.

*Incentive structure if calls you make are converted to deals that we close on.
