Calling Businesses To Set Appointments

I need skilled results oriented B2B appointment setters to make outbound calls to business owners using our online phone dialer. This is NOT a sales job. VERY GENEROUS BONUSES GIVEN OUT!!!!!

JOB STARYS OFF at $5 per hour during the TWO WEEK trial with IMMEDIATE raises to follow after the trial. Hourly pay raises can go up to $10 per hour depending on experience, results, and time with us PLUS YOU WILL EARN VERY GENEROUS CASH BONUSES for appointments set and appointment which convert to clients

NOTE: Opportunity to earn ADDITIONAL BONUSES of $200 to $400 OR MORE each motnh


I am looking for outbounders with the BEST rate and skills and we are open to raising that rate in the future for those who can produce results. I am NOT afraid of paying Top Dollar for your skills if you are NOT afraid of proving those skills first


Your job will be to read a short script and attempt to speak with the decision maker in order to set appointments for our sales team

Please let me know if you have any B2B cold calling experience and if so.....how many months/years.

VERY IMPORTANT that you speak clear and fluent (american) English (little or no accent) therefore I will need to be able to hear a recording of you speaking


Your main function will be making outbound calls using our online dialer. On occasion we may need to transfer calls to one of our sales reps. I want to know that you actually took the time to read this job description therefore please tell me your favorite animal at the very beginning of your reply to this job ad to be considered


IMPORTANT: You must be available to make calls during the times that USA businesses are open. We have two available calling shifts:

6am to 11am PST OR 11:30am to 4:30pm

You will start off calling 15 hours per week during your trial and hours can be increased afterwards if you desire


BONUSES >>> Generous Bonuses available for appointments set as well as ADDITIONAL BONUSES for appointments converted to sales.

Although the starting hourly may not be high to start....I believe in paying out good bonuses based on performance and results and not just activity and in rewarding good performance with raises!!!
