Customer service/Administrative Assistant

We are reputable firm looking to fill our office Administrator role. This is a part-time position with an initial assignment of 30-45 hours per week, and the potential for additional hours in the future.

JOB DUTIES:
Bookkeeping:
• Manage and maintain QuickBooks
• Account Payable / Accounts Receivable
• Monthly invoicing -- prepared in Microsoft Excel
• Banking / cash management / account reconciliation

Office Administration:
• Reception / answering phones
• Administrative / clerical support to architectural staff on projects•
Office organization / filing / daily administration

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• 3 years or more office management experience; work for professional services firms is a plus

Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint): Adobe CreativeSuite and social media skills are desirable•
Team-oriented, friendly, energetic,helpful


EXCELLENT SKILLS REQUIRED IN:
• Verbal communications
• Writing and editing, including spelling and grammar
• Mathematics, including basic algebra• Attention to detail
• Accurate typing of 50 wpm minimum
