, what makes us different from our competition like Gig Salad and Punch Bowl is that we don’t charge our Vendors to register or post deals. The Event Planners on our site pay us a fee to book your deals, so you don't owe us anything. Would you happen to be online right now, so I can show you our website? Prospect: "No, I’m not online." Agent: No worries, I can send you a text or an email with the link to our website, would that work for you? < get email and record in dialer. Don’t set a tight callback or followup, just tell them we hope to see them online. If they say “call me back on Tuesday” then just agree but don’t call them back > Prospect: "Sure, I can go online, hold a second. What's your website address?" Agent: Our website is www.LASTMINUTESHINDIG.com. < Agent will provide a 1-2 minute presentation of how Event Planners find Vendors (use Detroit zip code 48228), after which the Agent will say “so let’s get you registered and posting a deal!”. The Agent will register the Vendor for them and post a deal for them while they are on the phone with them. >">
We need a US Agent with a genuine, upbeat and enthusiastic personality to connect with our Prospects. Our Prospects are event vendors (small business owners and entrepreneurs) who provide services for celebratory events like children's birthday parties, anniversary parties, backyard BBQs, Sweet 16, Retirement Parties, School Dances, Fundraisers, Corporate Events, Festivals and Fairs. Sample Vendors you'll be calling are D.J.'s, Bands, Face Painter, Balloon Twisters, Magicians, Street Performers, Psychics, Henna artists, Celebrity Impersonators, Food Trucks, Photo Booth Companies, just to name a few. .
The Agent will contact our Prospects and explain the benefits of registering on our website and posting deals for our website users (who are Household CEO's and Event Planners). We do not charge for Vendors to register or post deals, so the Agent is not asking for the Prospect to pay for anything. The idea is to register the Vendor over the phone and post a deal for them as well.
The Agent will be using the OB dialer to make calls, and Google Sheets to log Vendor registrations. We are not sending follow-up emails at this time, so 90% of the Agent's time will be spent dialing, talking and registering Vendors.
We ask that the Agent be experienced and articulate in responding to questions and objections by the Prospect, always being courteous even if the Vendor is not interested.
Full training will be provided, and the Agent will be given industry information, phone scripts, objections with rebuttals and other tools that will help them succeed. Hours are very flexible, but we prefer an Agent that can commit to at least 2 hours a day, Mon-Fri. Our website is www.LastMinuteShindig.com if you'd like to check it out first.

Agent to Prospect: What kind of events do you specialize in? < take notes >
Prospect: "We only provide our services for Wedding & Receptions"
Agent: I see, that’s great but we decided not to do Wedding deals on our website, mostly because of the competition.. but we wish you the best of luck and thank you for your time…
