I need a skilled and experienced Freelancer who is looking to work as an ongoing part-time salesmen/women and earn base hourly + commission from successful leads generated.
2 - 4 hours per day of sales calls paid + commission.

I need someone capable of building rapport quickly with contractors on the phone and selling our services to them.
You are able to give away a free trial as a part of the courting process, in which we give the contractor 4 free leads, so the can see the quality of our service.
On a regular 4 hour shift other salesmen/women have been able to get an average of 8 contractors on trial, with generally 2 or 3 of them becoming a premium contractor.
$30 commission is paid per conversion or contractor who becomes a premium member.
(becoming a premium member is just $7 and we sell high quality work to them in the form of "job leads" We are about 35% cheaper than our competitors)
We have a training program in place and you will be paid for your time in training (about 5 or 6 hours needed as well as some conversations with myself)
I am looking for something between appointment setting and a sales call, as once you get them on a free trial, I would prefer to call back and make the sales to make sure everything is all clear before they come on board. (You obviously still earn the commission for the sale)
You will need to be available to make calls to both east and west coasts of the US (but it can be at what ever time suits you between business hours in those states)
