• Security systems: CCTV / Intruder alarms
We are currently looking for enthusiastic Telemarketers.
You will be responsible for engaging new prospects by making outbound sales calls.
You will be a passionate sales person with proved ability to close sales, be able to work alone
You will have weekly sales targets to meet which will be reward with commission.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Generate a targeted number of confirmed sales each week.
• Contract negotiations with customers
Requirements
• Sales Driven
• Experience with cold call
• Have excellent telephone manner
• Be self-motivated
• Have excellent sales communication skills
• Be able to close a deal over the phone
• Acquire fast Knowledge in the Security Systems industry
This is an ongoing job with a full time position, from 9:30am to 5:30pm UK time. Monday to Friday.
you will access our CRM with a click to call system, with all leads available for you.
Working procedures:
* day 1. telephone chat and deliver of training materials(General training)
* First week. 5 days of work from 9:30am to 5:30pm - as been part of the training process, it will be paid on commission only, based on confirmed sales.(commissions structurer will be given).
* second week and ahead. Paid by the hour + incetive commission.
