We are a real estate investment company which specializes in purchasing distressed properties from homeowners.
We want to hire a rock star appointment setter to cold call owners of houses/properties based on a script to find out if they are interested in selling their house. If they are interested in selling their house, you will be collecting additional information about their house such as condition of the property, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, and set up an appointment with homeowner for someone from our team to speak to them and/or visit them at the house.

You must speak good American English without a heavy accent and have some experience in cold calling and be open to learning. If you have experience cold calling real estate leads, that is a plus. You should have a quiet working environment at home, a working computer, and should be able to handle rejection on the phone. You must be organized and be willing to follow company protocols.
This will start off as a 20 to 30 hour per week position with the possibility of you joining our team full time. You may also receive additional bonuses on houses that we buy as a result of your cold calling efforts.
