Need to generate Leads and follow up till close of sale

We are a Training company in the field of IT Service management and Project management.

We have built a high quality library of Accredited course materials in the field of IT service management.
We want to now sell the entire course material to training companies and trainers across the globe.
There are a total of 11 modules for sale. You can sell only 1 module for $1000 or the total set of 11 modules for $4500.
I have a ready database of around 300 training companies who might be interested in purchasing from us.
As sales person's role will be to 1. Fix an appointment where we can show the course material online to the company.
2. Follow up with the lead after completion of the demo.
In addition to the fixed pay per hour the sales person will also get a commission of 5% of the sale value as well
