Need Outbounders for Website Design Leads (from mainly web design companies - outsourcing)

I need skilled outbounders who can generate leads by calling web design/developer companies in USA/Canada, and ask probably get us outsource their products.

Initially they can start off with very small projects and then go on longer as we go so as to build trust.

I am ready to pay upto $5/hour and extra commission per lead. this is also a Long term job(if you like) so I can hire you at a good rate if the lead's conversion rate is more.
