''An even Better Place to Work'' is an employee engagement / employee satisfaction diagnostic tool that also provides practical solutions to improve engagement, reduce ''people problems'', improve productivity and retention of staff.
Typical employee surveys give results but offer no solutions - this tool puts the solutions in the hands of the employees and because its systemised it improves leadership quality without taking people away from their day job. To demonstrate the product we are offering a free initial diagnostic survey to companies who are interested in seeing it in action. The requirements are:
1. Agree this with the budget holder, usually a senior HR manager, but this may not always be the case so clarification will be needed.
2. Minimum of 100 employees (although a sample of 50 to take the survey)
3. They will need to provide a spreadsheet containing the following information for employees: First name, last name, email address, name of manager, department. This can be sent directly to me tracy@bp2w.com
Following this, I can contact them to talk them through the trial, logging i and getting the survey completed. I will organise this with them once the spreadsheet of data is received.
