Business Development Executive

We require strong English speaking Business Developers to join our specialist Sales Recruitment function.
Applicants need to have excellent communication skills - they need to be very strong to be clear on the telephone.
You will have experience of the full cycle of Business - from finding your own leads to converting these to orders for a recruitment consultant to take over and fill the job.
You will be tasked with picking up 2 job orders per day.

A job order is a company who is looking to hire a Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Business Development Executive, Sales Director - from any of the following industries:

Media, Marketing Companies
Advertising Companies
Transport & Logistics Companies to include (Freight and Shipping and Operational roles, such as Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, Transport Manager etc)

The campaign is at first for 2 days per week - for 5 hrs per day. You will start at 9am in the morning GMT. All calls will be recorded and monitored.

You will need to hit your targets of 2 job orders per day - then you will be extended for further days. We have our own CRM system where you will have access to this to keep all records up to date.

We suggest you keep your admin in order after you have hit your target of 2 job orders per day.
