- you're based in the Philippines.
- you're good at written and spoken English.
- you're tech-comfortable. If you can use Google Docs, navigate Facebook and YouTube easily, you've got enough internet chops to work with us.
- you've got reliable high-speed internet connection with reliable electricity.
2) You Love Checklists
If you give your husband/wife checklists, you'll love working with us! Our whole business is quite structured.
Everything runs on checklists and guidelines.
3) You Really Enjoy Web Research and Admin Support
I need you to go out and find niche relevant opportunities. This will include:
• Link round up opportunities
• Guest posting opportunities
• Resource page links
• Broken link building
Additional tasks may include: handle my email inbox, set appointments in my calendar, even help me coordinate a few personal tasks like scheduling contractors (e.g. lawn maintenance) and handling guests who are invited to my dinner parties.
I’m hoping you can also help with some basic online work such as updating our website, and tasks like uploading YouTube videos. Of course, full training will be provided.
I’m also hoping you’ll help create checklists (and follow them too) so we can keep quality really high on everything we do. Again, training will be provided on how we setup our checklists.

Note: if you're a super free-spirited person, dislike structure/authority, and/or you prefer clutter to order (just look at your desk right now), this position probably won't work for you. Loving to follow *and* create checklists is crucial for this role.

DETAILS
Timeline: starting as soon as I find someone qualified. Next few weeks would be nice, although I don't need to rush.
30-Day Trial: we'll start with a 30-day trial to see how it goes. If we both like the experience, we'll carry on.
Hours: between 20-40 hours per week to begin with.
Pay starts at Php $2 - $2.20 / hour depending on skills, pay re-assessment after 30 days.
