Appointment setting for Cleaning company

Need someone to telemarket B2B for janitorial, carpet cleaning, and floor rewaxing sales appointments. I will provide the list and person chosen will take notes. Appointments will be entered in genbook online calendar. There will be no actual selling just finding interested businesses, getting the correct contact person, very basic info, and scheduling the appointment. I could also use some help with writing the script.
