Need Outbounders to call my leads and set me appointments

I am a real estate broker looking for out-bounders to call Expired Listings, Cancelled Listings, Home Seller leads, etc. and set appointments for me to meet them. I can pay per hour, per appointment set or both. Pay is negotiable and also depends on experience, I am very open to discussion. I rather you tell me how much you charge. You will be required to work and make calls during PST and US days:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 10am and 4pm - 6pm
Saturday: 10am - 2pm
