We want 10 Full-time Call Center Managers for our Virtual Call Centers.
Responsibilities:
1. Prepares call center performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
2. Serves customers by planning and implementing call center strategies and operations; improving systems and processes; managing staff.
3. Maintains and improves call center operations by monitoring system performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; completing system audits and analyses; managing system and process improvement and quality assurance programs.
Qualifications:
1. 8 years of experience in a call center industry and 4 years as a Call Center Manager
2. 3 years of Sales Background
3. Good Leadership Skills
4. Good coach and mentor.
