Need outbounders for Lead Generation

I am looking forward to hiring outbounders for Lead Generation for my website. Our website works for online counselling for mental healing,so basically we deal with depressed patients, people who have been in abusive relationships, trauma, stress, anxiety issues. Its a complete chat process so their is no need to transfer calls. The agent will have to be qualified enough to be able to help the client register online to our website, pay for the services and we can start the session from their on. The agents will be paid per lead they generate for me and will be paid once the client has registered to the website. Please note that the payments will be made thru paypal only, so any agent who doesnt use a paypal account please refrain. Details will be shared once i have finalised the candidate.
