A Customer Service Rep is in the center of our critical relationships with our clients, our technical team and our operations teams. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the new and currently scheduled Disability Peer Reviews and working closely with the other Disability Peer team members to ensure the physicians have all necessary materials needed for their upcoming review.
Required Minimum Education:
A graduate of an accredited High School program or equivalent required. A graduate of an accredited College/University program preferred.
Description of Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Intake and schedule new peer review cases with the appropriate doctor.
Manage sending out of appointment letters to appropriate parties.
Review upcoming scheduled Peer Reviews and ensure the physicians have all materials needed for the exam(s).
Make reminder calls to reviewers and provide them with claim details.
Manage and track when required information for currently scheduled Peer Reviews are missing/needed.
Special Skills and Attributes:
Required skills include excellent computer skills (Apple Operating System, Google Chrome search engine and e-mail), attention to detail, stellar communication, and organizational skills.
Communicate effectively with remote team members and/or external contacts.
Must have a strong comfort-level in speaking with the referring client, claimants, and/or physician.
