TELESALES / COLD CALLING TO OUR HIGH CONVERSION RATE PROSPECT DATABASE
Job Requirements:
• 1 or more years of successful experience in cold calling or telemarketing to Americans or Canadians.
• Excellent English speaking skills with a neutral, American accent.
Job Description:
• You'll cold call a list of prospective customers along with useful data (talking points, answers to common objections and frequently asked questions, customer profiles, and phone numbers). Convince them to become customers of EasySide because our fantastic service will give them thousands of dollars of easy side income.
• Salespeople will have a daily quota – you must gain at least 1 customer per day for EasySide.

Compensation:
• Hourly wage + bonuses. The acceptable hourly rate is variable. The lower your hourly rate and the better your past cold calling experience, the more likely we will hire you. In addition to hourly pay, we plan to give bonuses to cold callers who bring us many customers. The more customers, the bigger the bonus.
• The hourly rate EasySide is willing to pay depends on the performance we can expect out of the individual based on their past experience and application. Because we are giving bonuses for customers gained, we expect the hourly rate you offer to be below the usual hourly rate. We're evaluating dozens of applicants now, so please make a compelling application. In addition to hourly pay, we plan to give bonuses to cold callers who bring us many customers. The more customers, the bigger the bonus.
Reasons why a salesperson can expect to gain many customers per day:
• Our service is an easy sell — There's no upfront cost for our customers. And our salespeople tell them: "If you don't earn $1000 through EasySide in your first full month and you have a suitable property, then EasySide will personally pay you $180 as a token of our good faith. That's how confident we are in our service."
