Need outbound telesales to pre-qualify prospects

I am looking for 4 outbound sales people with a proven track record of pre-qualifying prospects over the phone, and generating email opt-ins.

You will use the OB dialer.

You will receive a list of 125 - 200 leads to call through. Your goal will be to speak with one of the owners and ask one simple question; if there is interest you will offer to send them a short email series on a topic that can help their business. If they give you VERBAL confirmation that they want to receive the emails, then the call is a success. The prospects that opt-in will eventually be handed to a higher sales agent.

This first job is just an initial test, but I plan to grow the project depending on success. The most honest, successful, and dependable candidate(s) will have the potential to get future projects at a higher rate.

I will provide you with a script and provide training as needed.
