B2B Phone sales
Hourly rate + Bonus/commission for signups to our service.
We are a growing Australian based company that seeks a a telesales professional to sign up new businesses to our service. (B2B sales)
Requirements:
- Able to make calls during business hours Australian time
- Min. 2 years experience in phone sales
- Native level English
- Able to help create a and modify script(s) to boost conversions
- Able to manage CRM or excel sheet of leads and follow up after trial periods etc. (this is an important part of it as it make take a couple of calls and a trial period to get them over the line)
- Someone looking to work with us on a long term, but part-time basis (10 - 15 hours per week)
We are after a self motivated salesman/woman who has a great track record of converting sales on a regular basis and is hungry to earn.
(We are NOT looking for someone to just go through the motions of making calls and collect their hourly rate. This only works for us if you can convert customers into sales.)
The sales/ signups should come with relative ease as you will have the ability to give away the signup for $1 and also give a free trial to help you in generating more signups.

Above is one of the sites we run. Basically you will be signing up other businesses (in this case tree service businesses) to buy job leads from us.
Currently the signup cost is $7 as a special, but you will be able to give away free sign up.
Commission is paid on getting a business signed up. We are the most competitively priced job lead supplier in the industry, so getting companies to sign up and earning yourself a commission should be relatively easy for an experienced sales professional.
Phase 2 of application:
Successful applicants will be invited to a phone interview.
Successful applicant:
Successful applicant will have 5 - 7 hours training (paid) before getting into live sales.
