Hi this is (Your First Name), is this (Seller’s First Name)?

As I mentioned, my name is (Your First Name) and I actually own a few rental properties in (Name of City- i.e. Binghamton, DC, etc). And I was in the area and I noticed your house at (Property Address).

And it looks like the sort of house I’d like to buy.

I’m just curious… are you interested at all in selling it?
