Vacant position: Online Web Chat Specialist – Remote position

Location: Remote position – OUTSIDE OF THE USA

Description:

We are looking for 4 Online Web Chat Specialists to answer external customer inquiries via web chat. We are focused on finding passionate support candidates willing to join our dedicated team of customer focused professionals.

Main responsibilities:

- Answer inbound customer web chat and assist with questions on website functionality
- Use internal applications to effectively communicate with customers and research questions
- Actively help customers with questions on the following topics: access, data entry….
- Provide a high level of Customer Service in an online environment and positively represent the Achieve Test Prep brand

Hierarchical Level: Entry level

Minium required education: High School Graduate

Languages: English – ADVANCED LEVEL

Minimal experience: Prior chat experience preferred, not required

Age requirements: Indistinct

Work Day: Part-time or Full-time (20 hours per week minimum)

Schedule: Non-standard hours; must be available to work Monday – Sunday 8 am – 10 pm ET and must be available to train during noon ET – 5 pm ET.
