Hi and thanks for making it here.
We are looking for 2 good reliable appointment setters for 20 hours per week. 2pm to 7pm PST.
$5 per hour plus commission. . If you are good, you can expect to make up to $12 per hour. I already have 1 caller avg. $11 per hour.
#1 Most important thing: Your English needs to be EXCELLENT with little to no accent, if not, please do not apply.
#2 You will work 4 days per week: M,T,W, TH from 2pm to 7pm PST.
#3 There is NO COLD CALLING! You will be calling and texting warm leads across United States who have opted in so there is NO COLD CALLING (Yipeee!!). Everyone is very friendly and receptive.
#4 We have a two step calling process:
A) Your goal is to register them for a webinar and make sure they show up by calling and texting.
B) After the webinar you call or text them to schedule them for a 3 way call with a closer. Simple!
#5 We use Infusionsoft for our CRM and a 3rd party dialer/texter called Fix Your Funnel which integrates with Infusionsoft.
#6 You must be honest, have a great attitude, hungry to make money and show up to work everyday! Looking for part time or full time. Attention to detail is a must.
#7 We record and track all of your calls and do random screenshots via hubstaff. Slackers need not apply. Go getters ONLY!
#8 $5 per hour base + There are commission too. If you are good, you can expect to make up to $12 per hour.
#9 Training is about 1 week and is paid.
#10 Start immediately.
