Will Play For Food Foundation enables every team member to be a part of a meaningful and worthwhile cause, connecting with organizations and donors, while earning valuable work experience.
You will be part of a team of telefunding professionals running outbound fundraising campaigns benefiting hungry children and families across the United States.
We are looking for responsible and professional conversion superstars ready to accomplish (crush) campaign goals.
Previous NPO fundraising knowledge is preferred but not required, however candidates must be willing to learn and display a passion making a difference in the community!
All Candidates will maintain a discretionary/temporary status with WPFFF for the duration of our current campaign (ending December 31st).
Compensation is paid out as a flat rate (USD) for each confirmed donation. Top performers will be eligible for generous bonus payouts contingent upon achievement of team and individual performance objectives.
At the completion of our campaign, a review of individual outcomes, achievements, and overall campaign impact will be conducted. At that time top candidates will be extended an official offer to join WPFF as a Regular Team Member for our 2017 campaign initiatives.
Pay structure for Regular Team Members will reflect a base pay rate of $9.50/hr +10% commission (individual quotas apply). Regular performance reviews will be conducted and subsequent pay increases may be awarded to qualifying Team Members.
Team Members enjoy a flexible work schedule and are expected to log 25-30 hours per week. Available shifts are determined by organizational and campaign needs (morning, afternoon, evening, and limited weekend shifts).
