We are looking for 2 Business Development Telesales executives who will make over 100+ cold calls per day to new prospects in 8 hours per day.
We will pay $40 per day for 8 hours work.
Commission will be 10% on the profit of each software system sold. Average deal size is about $1,000 to $1,200 and you should expect to close up to 5 deals a month. It will take up to 3 months to close your first deal, but may be quicker.
You will work in conjunction with our business development team in the UK who will send follow up emails out and work with you to close the deals. They will also send the software contracts for signature to the Client. Once you are proven we will set you up with your own email address.
We will demonstrate the software for potential customers and setup trail systems for them. You will need to follow up after that.
This position is for someone who is very hungry to make a great living, maybe outside of the United Kingdom, and someone who is driven, disciplined and focused.
What you must have:
1. Be well spoken on the telephone whatever country you are based in.
2. Must be polite.
3. Must be able to get passed the receptionist at companies and have clever ideas.
4. Must be 100% fluent in English and well spoken.
5. Must pay for your own telephone setup and be able to make in excess to 100 calls a day and 500+ calls per week.
6. Your telephone setup must sound like you are calling from the United Kingdom even if you are calling from abroad without beeping tones, and telephone delays.
7. You must have strong process for following up with potential leads and calling companies back.
What will you be selling:
Our web based health and safety software systems. We have a range of 10 health and safety software systems.
Working hours:
9am - 5pm UK-time.
If you are 8 hours ahead of the UK in somewhere liked India you will need to work from 5pm until 12pm at night Monday to Friday to get hold of people.
Earnings potential:
$40 per day for 8 hours per day as a basic level of pay - 21 days @ $40 per day = £840 per month
10% commission on 4 deal per month @ $1,000 (normally higher) per deal = $100 per deal and $400 commission per month.
After 3 months you should be earning about $1,240 per month or more
This is very conservative as most companies will have 100 staff purchasing 2 or 3 systems and the deal may be $2,400.
If you are really good at the job, then you should be able to earn $2,000 per month.
You will need to pay your own taxation.
Probationary period:
We will be working with you on a probationary period of 6 weeks after which we will continue or cancel the agreement.
