We are seeking 5 collection agents initially to make debt collection calls to the US to recover bad debt from over 380 of our different US based clients from dentist, schools, gyms, HOA's, membership organizations, property management companies etc who have retained our firm to recover their delinquent bad debts.
Must have collection experience, be aggressive, forceful, not afraid to ask the appropriate financial questions and demand full payment from debtors.
Familiar with the FDCPA, TCPA, HIPAA etc and the cal lstructure, format of a effective collection call ...
Mon - Fri with some flex evenings (US hours) and a possible weekend occasionally this job will allow an effective and productive agent to earn from $500 - $1,000 US per month and in some cases a really good productive agent could earn as much as $1,500 - $2,000 per month.
