Telemarketers are hired as Independent Contractors.
Telemarketers are added to the Telemarketer Training Groups and trained in our campaign by our professional Telemarketer Trainers upon a successful approval by one of our Virtual Call Center Managers which is notified during or after the final interview.
Telemarketers are officially hired as Independent contractors by the company upon successfully proving themselves by both:
1. Finishing The Two Day Training Course.
2. Contracting a Qualified Outbound Sales Deal. (Equivalent of 15 or More Websites).
