Job Overview:
We're looking for a savvy individual to join our team. This position will report directly to the Manager.
The company functions across many world time zones, and this will also require frequent communication during your evenings, or early mornings with other team members.
Your main role will be to fulfill all online orders, manage inventory and customer support but duties will fluctuate and also require online content management, and office administration. We need someone who is meticulous, not above any task, resourceful, and able to solve problems by thinking analytically and creatively. Great attention to detail is required to ensure order accuracy, appearance, and fast delivery. We want the person in this role to find ways to improve the fulfillment process and create efficient, scalable workflows and operational processes.
You'll be expected to contribute and learn quickly. A successful employee will be a self-starter who is passionate about learning, collaborating, and communicating well with others. We work hard and quality is very important to us. We like to fail quickly so we can get to the successes sooner.
Job Responsibilities:
• Detail-oriented?
• Excellent phone skills, problem solving, written communication and follow up techniques
• Vendor Purchase orders/ order acknowledgements
• Vendor drop shipping and arranging direct shipments from vendor to buyer
• Ability to create functional spreadsheets to manage status of all orders across all channels/outlets in real time
• Update order/shipping status spreadsheet daily and in real time, with tracking and real time data
• Update all market places with real time tracking/shipping information
• Update Quick books online (QBO) with real time tracking/shipping information
• Follow up with customers and buyers on status of all orders in real time.
• Open/manage/close customer support tickets
• Manage, and respond to all online reviews on all marketplaces as well as BBB, and the internet.
• Pick, pack, ship orders efficiently, and quickly?
• Receive goods, manage inventory?
• advanced with e-commerce order fulfillment/customer support, eBay, amazon, Houzz, Etsy, Big Commerce, other
• advanced navigating a variety of computer programs and online systems/marketplaces
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Assist w/ fulfillment of all channel marketing and sales requests
• Help manage the maintenance of the inventory reports in Google Docs
Job Conditions:
• Part-time 20-25hrs a week or Full time/virtual if experienced
• We do not have vacation or fixed PTO time; we expect our team members to take time away from work when it is needed
• We have a fun collaborative team and remote individuals.
