Cold Calling Businesses To Set Appointments

I need skilled B2B appointment setters to make outbound calls to business owners using our online phone dialer. This is NOT a sales job. GENEROUS BONUSES GIVEN OUT!!!!!

RATE STARTS @ $4/hr with TWO DOLLAR RAISE AFTER TRIAL

I am looking for outbounders with the BEST rate and skills and we are open to raising that rate in the future for those who can produce results.


Your job will be to read a short script and attempt to speak with the decision maker in order to set appointments for our sales team

Please let me know if you have any B2B cold calling experience and if so.....how many months/years.

VERY IMPORTANT that you speak clear and fluent (american) English (little or no accent) therefore I will need to be able to hear a recording of you speaking


Your main function will be making outbound calls using our online dialer. On occasion we may need to transfer calls to one of our sales reps. I want to know that you actually took the time to read this job description therefore please tell me your favorite animal at the very beginning of your reply to this job ad


IMPORTANT: You must be available to make calls during the times that USA businesses are open which is 9am to 5pm (EST). This does not mean you will be calling this entire time but you need to be available to call during those times (depending on the calling shift you will be assigned)



Bonuses >>> Generous Bonuses available per appointment set after short trial period. Although the hourly may not be high....I believe in paying out good bonuses based on performance and results and not just activity
