Position Number One: Lead Generation
You will work closely with the Sales agent. The two of you will become a marketing dynamic-duo talking leads and converting them to sales and setting up Gold Parties.

• Audience is a woman between the ages of 35 - 60.
• Lead Generating – You need so be a very savvy internet user that can generate leads
• Generate traffic to website that converts to leads.
• Create a lead list - Be able to find good lists of telemarketing and e-mails leads that can be provided to the Telemarketer. This could be a reimbursable item.
• Social media – Use as needed to generate leads as an additional venue
• Blogging – develop and use as needed to generate leads
• News Letter – Develop as needed to generate lead
• Squeeze page – Implement as needed to generate leads
• Find existing database of leads


Positions Number Two: Sales Agent - Telemarketer and Appointment Management
I’m looking for a part time virtual assistant for a (hopefully) long-term engagement. I envision this transitioning into a full-time position. This in large part will depend on your abilities in helping to generate leads and secure bookings. Talking to clients on the phone will be an integral part of the work. So, English skills and ability to communicate effectively on the phone will be important. Specific skill and tasks are listed at the end of this request. Sales Agent - Sales Cycle
The goal is to have the lead agree to one or more of the following:

1) Go over the process in more detail with the Owner,
2) Agree to a private consolation with me to review how the program works in detail. I could meet the person for an evaluation of their gold, and then hopefully convert them to hosting a Gold Party
3) Lead agrees host a Gold Party, THE PREFERED OUTCOME.
4) You manage the Gold Party – See Party Management

Coordinating with the host, you also offer to manage the invites for the Gold Party and follow up as needed to ensure at least 5 people attend the party. The ideal party needs to have a minimum of 5 guests, with jewelry, at the party and no more than 15. If the party has more than 15 guests, additional planning will be needed to provide timely service at the event. You will assist a host with sending out invitations and follow ups to ensure at least 5 people attend each Gold Party.

Other Tasks - Likely to be Shared by the Position One and Position Two

Administrative
Set appointments – Must be able to track appointments for me and monitor results of various lead sources.
Manage and maintain a schedule for me
Organized
Track and maintain leads in CPR, Constant Contact, etc.

Party Management
Once a person agrees to host a party, offer the host Party Management that would include:
Sending out eVite (or something comparable) mail invitation to a list that the Host provides
Follow-up with the invitees to ensure high rate of attendance
Keep a schedule of parties and attendees

Compensation
In addition to paying an hourly rate, some sort of bonus will be paid for each Gold Party that is booked. Please suggest an hourly rate and a bonus for each successful Gold Party that has five (5) attendees plus the host.
