Sales Agent

NationRep is currently hiring Work at Home Sales Agents. You job will be to pre-qualify customers interested in solar and/or mortgage refinancing. We are looking for CLOSERS that want to make lots of money!

We are growing and need to fill spots as soon as possible! This is an outbound cold calling position (B2C). We need dedicated, hard-working sales agents who are go-getters!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dial and make outbound calls to transfer to clients
Qualify prospects and transfer them to client
Ensure customers meet certain criteria
Input information into CRM system
Provide excellent customer service
Add customers to DNC list as requested
Handle escalated calls

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Energetic, tenacious, confident, persuasive sales skills
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Ability to learn policy and procedures
Detail-oriented
Ability to work independently without supervision
Willing to work flexible hours
Must be able to handle rejection
High school diploma

REQUIRED EQUIPMENT:
Working Computer
High-speed cable connected internet
Wired noise cancelling headset
