Looking for Rock Star to return calls from house sellers and later act as real estate Virtual Assistant

Hey! I am looking for an organized, self-motivated Outbounder with training and experience in talking to Americans on the phone who also has a friendly personality.

If you have worked for a call center that included training in speaking with Americans, this might be a good job for you.

I send out focused direct mail to people who may want to sell their house to me. People then call my answering service and leave a message if they are interested in selling. I then call them back and get enough information from them to decide if I want to go out and look at the house and make an offer to purchase it. However, I have become a busy guy due to other responsibilities and now need an Outbounder to return the calls and collect information using my online form.

Collecting the information will be a lot like doing a survey.

After the Outbounder that is hired for this job is doing well with returning calls, and doing follow-up calls to nurture old leads along, etc. the job will progress to doing more VA work. This will include tasks such as arranging times for real estate closings, emailing and texting information to buyers and sellers, doing some marketing tasks,etc. ( FYI:I employ another VA to handle mostly back office tasks. She has worked for me for more than two years.)

I do have some basic online training already prepared for the successful applicant.
